I’m sure in the process of searching for your new home, you have looked it over more than once. But, a home inspector will look in places and at components of the property that you probably did not: the roof, attic, under the sinks, inside the electrical panel, just to name a few.
Each inspection takes about two and a half hours to complete. During the inspection, I will explain what material defects were found, what safety hazards there may be, and what components are not up to today’s standards. I take lots of pictures and notes. After the inspection, I put it all together in a detailed, yet easy to understand inspection report.
